As a Cyber Culture & Education Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a strong cyber culture within AS Watson. Your responsibilities include creating communication materials, managing a SharePoint platform, and coordinating  the Cyber Awareness program across Europe and Asia. Additionally, you will contribute to the improvement of phishing simulations, oversee the KnowBe4 tool, and support soft skill training for the IT Security Department. In this role, you'll actively engage with the team to enhance our cyber defense capabilities and ensure a safe environment for our employees and customers.

What you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in communication/HR with relevant work experience.
• Interest in and understanding of IT Security.
• Proficient in MS 365 Applications (i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint).
• Experience in preparing training materials and organizing workshops.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Self-motivated, excellent team player, and capable of building strong working relationships.
• Assertiveness to support and say no when necessary.
