This is what you're going to do

As a Service Coordinator Maintenance at our office in Renswoude, you will be responsible for optimal technical management and maintenance of the branches of our successful store formats Kruidvat, Trekpleister, ICI PARIS XL and Prijsmepper in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. You do this together with 13 colleagues to help all our (store) colleagues as well and quickly as possible. A role in which you perform very diverse, complex and large facility and/or maintenance work. Everything so that departments and stores can work more efficiently and, above all, enjoyably. Your work will include:

• Identifying and evaluating. You identify technical bottlenecks in work processes, procedures and systems within various disciplines. After that, you actively make improvement proposals and then evaluate them.
• Troubleshooting. You solve the most complex and long-term malfunctions yourself! In addition, you get to work on short-term malfunctions by forwarding them to the right department or stakeholder.
• Quality assurance. You request quotations, assess quality and monitor the progress of assignments placed with suppliers.
• Keeping in touch. You are in constant contact with your colleagues, suppliers, shop owners and (inspection) authorities.
• Checking invoices, providing reports and other administrative tasks.

This is you

• You have a higher professional education (HBO) working and thinking level. Our preference is for a new colleague with a technical or facility study background.
• You have at least 5 years of experience in a position where (technical) management and maintenance are central. Did you gain this experience in a dynamic environment? Then we would love to talk to you.
• You are a strong communicator and know how to adjust your conversation level. Whether you're talking to an internal colleague or an external expert? You know how to make everything clear.
• You enjoy working both independently and in a team.
• You are a talent for planning and organization and like to work pragmatically.
• And OF COURSE: you have an affinity with technology and enjoy following new developments in the field of technology and legislation.
